Istanbul Kultur University

Istanbul Kultur University is a private university that was founded in 1997 by a trust with more than 50 years of experience in the primary and secondary education sector. The University builds on a tradition of quality and high academic achievement, of which increasing international academic networking has become an integral part. In addition to the academic excellence, one of the main attractions that Istanbul Kultur University has to offer is its diversity; more than 6 percent of the students enrolled to IKU are international student?, either full time or exchange, from approximately 70 different countries all over the world. The university offers a unique experience to the students, who wish to broaden their horizons not only through academic development but also through learning from other cultures by means of meeting each other.

Istanbul Kultur University has 3 campuses which are located within a 20 minute walk from each other and within 10 minutes from the dormitories. Students can develop themselves not only through their lectures and rich resources at the library, but also through participation in a number of clubs, public lectures, concerts and exhibitions. All campuses have cafeterias/dining services. The university is located within an easy reach of the Ataturk International Airport, and a 5-minute walk from bus/metrobus stops and metro station which gives students an easy access to the city centre.
