Sharmin started TPNL's first-ever franchise office in one of the capital's sought-after areas - Uttara. She has been an integral part of TPNL's presence in Uttara.

Sharmin is also an active member of the women empowerment movement in the country. Her contribution to this movement through various clubs and society is commendable.
