Human Resources Management

The Human Resources Management program provides a comprehensive education in human resources management. The primary goals are to provide knowledge and experience, oriented toward practical, on-the-job applications and to prepare students for entry-level positions in private and public sector organizations. In addition, the program provides excellent preparation for graduate or professional studies in Human Resources Management. Programs in the Department of Management prepare students in basic business functions as well as the process of management. These professional programs are designed to impart knowledge that will assist future managers to be good decision makers.
