GSM London (formerly the Greenwich School of Management) is a distinctive higher education provider that has been delivering degree-level education for over 40 years. It has campuses in Greenwich and Greenford and a study centre at London Bridge. Its partnership with Plymouth University means that its students receive a final qualification/degree awarded by one of the UK’s top modern universities. Founded in 1974 by two brothers, one an entrepreneur, the other the Dean of the Faculty of Management and Policy Sciences at Aston University, the history of the College is one of educational innovation and entrepreneurship. An important part of the mission of the College has been to play an active role in the development of independent higher education. One way this is done is through building relationships and actively contributing as members of bodies from across the sector, including GuildHE, HEFCE Strategic Advisory Committees, and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.
