Master of Science in Information Technology

This course is a professional qualification in Information Technology, designed to provide candidates with appropriate practical understanding, skills and knowledge for managing IT use, change and development. The primary aim is to allow IT professionals the opportunity for professional upgrading or an extension of their qualifications and experience.

Bachelor of Science in Cyber Forensics and Information Security

Through this course you’ll learn how to identify, mitigate and prevent cyber security threats and respond to security incidents for government agencies and corporate organisations. You’ll also develop strong analytical and critical thinking skills and learn how to forensically examine digital evidence to solve computer crimes. As part of your studies, you’ll gain practical experience through research and professional projects and optional industry work placements. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with industry and the community on current issues.

Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering

In this course you’ll learn how to develop technology to extract metals and commodities from raw materials from the earth using sustainable methods. You’ll explore the design, commissioning and operation of engineering processes and plants. You will learn how to harvest mineral resources in safe and responsible ways using the latest chemical and metallurgical processes. You’ll have the opportunity to work in mineral processing and metallurgical plants as part of your studies and develop an understanding of the resources industry and markets through direct links with industry.
