The Business Intelligence concentration in the BAM program teaches students the art of using data to influence decision making and processes. BI students will learn how to organize and manage tool and processes to measure key performance indicators, metrics, and data points relevant to an organization’s mission and/or processes. Students will learn how to analyze tools used for data mining, online analytical processing, querying and reporting, all with the goal to measure firm productivity and performance.
The BA in General Management concentration focuses on leadership and management in organizations. Students can work toward their degree while continuing to work full time. Basic principles of leadership and management are covered across the curriculum giving students the 21st century skills they need to lead organizations and grow their careers. Student will study business management principles in areas of finance and accounting, human resources, marketing, project management, communication, teamwork and ethics, and information systems. The degree curriculum is based in critical thinking and problem solving; skills that modern organizations need.
